Samsung Experts Go Social

Samsung Experience Stores face a challenge. Their Galaxy Experts have expertise and brand love comparative to Apple Geniuses, but there is a lack of brand association between retail staff and exceptional store experience.

The brief was to reframe the way Galaxy Experts are perceived by creating four short-form social content pieces. Taking cues from social trends, we hero-ed two real Galaxy Experts with some of the latest tech. Keeping the scripts loose, we let the Experts bring their own personality to the store experience.
